SPRS Validation Report

Written SPRS Advisory Memo — A professional document suitable for internal reporting, prime contractor requests, or legal documentation. Not a verbal summary — a signed written deliverable from a credentialed RP.

Submission Accuracy Review — Line-by-line assessment of your SPRS submission. For Level 2, that's a review of your numeric score against the 110 NIST SP 800-171 Rev 2 requirements using DoD Assessment Methodology v1.2.1. For Level 1, that's a review of your pass/fail affirmation against the 15 FAR 52.204-21 basic safeguarding requirements. We identify scoring errors, implementation gaps, unsupported claims, and missing documentation.

Risk Assessment — Where your submission creates legal or contractual exposure. Specifically: practices marked as implemented that may not withstand assessor scrutiny, and practices marked N/A that likely need justification.

Recommended Score Adjustment — If corrections are warranted, the memo includes a recommended revised score with the rationale for each change. You decide whether to re-submit — we document what the correct score should be.

Next Steps Summary — Prioritized list of the most critical gaps to address before your next SPRS affirmation or C3PAO assessment. No fluff — just what matters most for your situation.
